Bar Diversio, London’s byword for cool and sophisticated, is reserved for members and hotel guests only. With a strict door policy from 9.00pm until 3.00am it is located adjacent to the hotel lobby.
Whether you are in need of a refreshing cocktail after a hard afternoon shopping or a stiff whisky after a gruelling meeting, you will be able to relax in style. Charro Alvarez, our chief barista, is causing a stir in Bar Diversio. His groundbreaking style of mixology and innovative use of ingredients have resulted in an exciting new menu. Charro is introducing new organic cocktails to the menu as well as an extensive martini and mojito list.
